We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX) and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact and correct billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order, or refusal. Your credit card will be billed upon receipt of your order.
Extended Storage & Abandonment Policy
When Special Order Items are received at one of our warehouse's, or other shipping centers and ready to ship you will be contacted as soon as possible to arrange for shipping of your item. Orders will be held for free for up to 3 months time, within which after storage fee's may be applied at the discretion of DSG Performance. We will make every effort to inform customers that their products are on hold and subject to storage fees, however, ultimately it is the client's responsibility to cooperate and receive their parts promptly. Fee rate is (per month, in USD): $80 per bumper box, $40 per hood, roll cage, exhaust, $20 per small items.
After a period of one year from initial contact that your item is ready to ship, or the point where storage fees exceed the value of the products stored, the item is considered abandoned by the customer and DSG Performance retains the right to take ownership of the products to pay off the storage fees due. All parts shall remain the property of DSG Performance until paid in full. If cancellation of an order is needed, notice of cancellation with a manager of DSG Performance must be made in writing within 24 hours from the date the order was initiated. This will be granted only at the discretion of DSG Performance and may not be granted in cases where made-to-order or special order items have already been ordered. All Special Order Sales are final.

Money Orders, Checks & Other Payments
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Canadian Dollars are accepted on a pre-arranged basis only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks plus exchange rates if applicable. Please contact us via email, or via our contact page after making a purchase via Money Order, Cashiers Check, Personal Check or Company Checks.
DSG Performance also accepts PayPal Express payments and direct PayPal payments sent to email@example.com with prior notification ONLY. If payment is sent to firstname.lastname@example.org directly without prior notice, the order may not be processed in the normal timely fashion. If you would like to send payment direct to email@example.com via direct PayPal payments, please contact us.
Offroad Use Only and Local Vehicle Regulations
Some of the parts for sale have been designed for and are intended for off-highway application only. Federal and many State laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Vehicles modified by use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways. DSG Performance takes no responsibility for the individual client's use of such products as all products are sold for offroad use only for racing vehicles. DSG Performance has no knowledge of or responsibility for informing you of your local road or off road usage laws. All products may or may not be legal for road use or track use in your local jurisdiction.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. DSG Performance reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether DSG Performance signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time without notice.
Out-of-Stock Products & Special Order Items
Some items may not be in stock, or are considered special order. In these instances, we will ship your product as soon as it becomes available. When possible, products ship the same day if ordered by 3:00PM EST, or by the next business day. While DSG Performance strives to work as fast as possible to provide tracking information to you, please allow up to 48 hours for it to become available in your customer account. Orders received after 3:00 PM EST and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday will ship the following possible business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay shipment of your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. In the instance an item is out of stock and you are not comfortable with the shipping delay prior to processing, the order can be cancelled and we will attempt to work with you to find you an alternative product.Orders that are confirmed and processed are non-cancellable, non-refundable except for special circumstance.
You may also order an item which is listed as special order, which are products ordered from overseas (JDM or UDM items). These items are provided with an estimated lead time in the product description, usually between 2-3 weeks or 2-3 months depending. You will be contacted upon receipt of your order for confirmation, once confirmed Special Order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstance. All lead times are estimated based on standard expected lead times and are provided to the customer as a service. DSG Performance cannot control the actual, real world lead times and thus they may vary at the manufacturers discretion. Lead times are provided as a service to our customers, based on standard experience. DSG Performance cannot be held liable for orders which differ from the standard turnaround times. By placing your special order, you accept and understand that the delivery time may differ from the average 2-3 months. Special orders are non cancellable and non alterable due to delivery delays.
Special Order items are ordered specifically for your order and not normally held in stock and often made to order.
There are no cancellations on special order items.
Pricing & Currency
DSG Performance is an international brand catering to customers worldwide. In order to conform with global pricing structure all listed prices are in USD and subject to your payment methods exchange rate of the day. Canadian sales will be placed in USD, should you wish to order in CAD please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate you.
Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellation
If you believe that there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to correct them to the best of our abilities. Under normal circumstance, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. If your order has not yet shipped and you wish to cancel your order, with approval by our staff a 5% cancellation fee may be charged and the remaining amount will be credited back to you. For information regarding special orders, please refer to the special order section above.
We will gladly accept the return or exchange of products that are defective due to manufacturing issues and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of shipment. Should a package arrive with missing or incorrect items, DSG Performance will make every attempt to rectify the situation and provide fulfillment of the proper order.Should you wish to return or exchange your order for reasons other than manufacturer defect, a 25% re-stocking fee will apply, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fee's unless otherwise notified.

Shipping Time -- When possible, orders received before 3:00PM EST cutoff will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Some orders are shipped direct from DSG Performance, whereas others are drop shipped depending on stock availability and your location. Orders are processed but not shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by DSG Performance or other parties only as an estimate based on typical transit times posted by the shipping carrier. DSG Performance is not responsible for delays by the carrier due to weather or other unforseen phenomena. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
While DSG Performance strives to work as fast as possible to provide tracking information to you, please allow up to 48 hours for it to become available in your customer account. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
Our Store shall automatically charge a applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same province, and/or applicable orders delivered to addresses within Canada. For orders shipped to other states and/or countries you the customer are solely responsible for all sales taxes, duty and other fees.
Typographical & Pricing Errors
DSG Performance reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, typographical, product photo, and/or pricing errors that may occur do not entitle a customer to receive something from those errors. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, DSG Performance shall reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. DSG Performance shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
DSG Performance cannot be held responsible for honoring purchases caused by such errors and will take action to correct the error in a way that is most fair to all parties involved. This may require order cancellation, update to pricing, or other means. DSG Performance will work to communicate with our customer to resolve the order amicably. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, DSG Performance shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account or other payment method in the amount of the incorrect price.
All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. DSG Performance does not offer any of their own warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. All products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. We are not responsible for shipping cost other than by our own mistake of incorrect shipping as stated in the shipping/returns section here. The warranty should be handled by the customer and the manufacturer directly. If you require any further information on the matter, feel free to contact us and we will attempt to provide aid in any way we can. By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of ONLY the stock part it is replacing.
