STANDARD RETURN POLICY - 30 Days
We will gladly accept the return or exchange of products that are defective due to manufacturing issues and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of shipment. Should a package arrive with missing or incorrect items, DSG Performance will make every attempt to rectify the situation and provide fulfillment of the proper order. Should you wish to return or exchange your order for reasons other than manufacturer defect, a 25% re-stocking fee will apply.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with a brief description of the issue/concern and images/documentation of any damage or faulty items. Due to the many possible dangers associated with installing damaged goods on racing or performance vehicles, no returns will be accepted on opened, installed, or otherwise used or altered product under any circumstance. Should you require a process of return or exchange, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will work with you to ensure your situation is handled correctly and efficiently.
All returns or exchanges require an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number), which will be provided by a customer service representative upon approval. Unless otherwise notified, any freight charges incurred are strictly non-refundable. Orders returned without proper documentation and/or RMA# will be refused and you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and fees. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages. Items that were shipped incorrectly, have been damaged in transit, or which require warranty repair or replacement are not covered by our Standard Return Policy and must be reviewed by a member of our customer service department.
*Products purchased as a kit or combo are only eligible for return if the ENTIRE KIT/COMBO is returned as a whole. Individual items inside which make up a kit/combo cannot be returned separately. Should an item within a kit/combo be faulty, arrangements may be possible to have a replacement sent for strictly that piece on a per situation basis
NON RETURNABLE - Clearance Items & Special Orders
All sales are considered final and no returns or refunds will be granted on any clearance or special order items.
DSG Performance offers a wide range of special order items which are often made to order and imported directly from overseas specifially for a customers order. These items are ordered and produced specifically for the customers order, and are not regularly inventoried items. Consequently items indicated as Special Order do not fall under the Standard Return Policy and are non-refundable and non-cancellable and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
In some cases a Special Order items may allow for a minimum of a 50% non-refundable deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and is considered the same as an order once confirmed and processed. Should a rare incident occur where you wish to change or cancel your order, you may contact one of our representatives to aid you in arranging a re-sale of your item to another customer. Special Orders whether paid in full or by deposit will not be refunded unless the items that were ordered are unattainable from the manufacturer. Once your return shipment has been received and approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment. Refunds can take between 1-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement however, you will receive a credit note from DSG Performance upon authorization. Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all RMA conditions and return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund. Please keep in mind shipping charges will not be refunded for returned items.
Gift Cards cannot be returned and may not be redeemed for cash. DSG Performance Gift Cards are issued and managed by DSG Performance and can only be applied to purchases from DSGPerformance.com. DSG Performance is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without permission. Additional payment will be required if the purchase price of a new order/product exceeds the value of the Gift Card. Gift Cards are not for resale. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Gift Card terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility or one of our shipping partners will be processed as a standard return. All shipping costs, including but not limited to original freight costs, return freight charges and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier will be deducted from the product refund. Please be aware that international orders which have been refused by the receiver or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier may be subject to duties, taxes, customs charges/brokerage fees on the return shipment. DSG Performance is not responsible for said fee's and reserves the right to deduct these additional costs in addition to all freight charges from the product refund. If you would like to return an item it is recommended that all shipments be accepted and then sent back following our standard return process. Refusing a package has the potential to have it refused on return, cause delays in return shipping as well as incur additional shipping charges. Prior to processing the return, an attempt will be made to reach the customer to offer a reshipment or to assess what issues caused the return. In the rare event that an item was returned due to shipper error, return fee's will be voided and the item will be re-shipped at our expense.
While DSG Performance does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products, we are here to help you should you ever have a situation which calls for it. DSG Performance is happy to act as am ambassador or middleman to aid you in contacting the manufacturer for warranty claims, aid you in finding required forms or to find installation instructions. REFUNDS ON ORDERS FINANCED WITH AFFIRM
Refunds on orders financed with Affirm follow the same standard 30 Day Return Policy regulations. While exceptions to the rule may apply, under no circumstance can an order placed via Affirm be refunded after a 90 Day period due to regulations enforced by Affirm, which is a third party. In the event a refund is granted within the 30 Day Return Policy Guidelines, a refund will post to your Affirm account. In the event that we issue you store credit instead of a refund, you will still be responsible for paying off your Affirm loan. If you have already made loan payments or a down-payment, Affirm will issue you a refund credit to the bank account or debit card that you used to make the payments. You should see a refund credit within 3 to10 business days from completion, depending on your bank’s processing time. Please note that there are no refunds under any circumstance after 90 days have elapsed from order date.
