Each Stage 2 block is precisely machined to accept the latest Darton MID (modular integrated deck) ductile iron sleeves. The sleeves are pressed into the block to sit atop a machined step to ensure they will not sink during engine operation. The block is then final bored & honed using a torque plate to ensure perfect clearances and fitment. The finished product allows for higher cylinder pressures and added strength and rigidity to the block. Couple that with Manley pistons made with extra thick ring lands, skirt coatings and upgraded 9310 alloy wrist pins we achieve maximum reliability for your 4B11 rebuild.
To top off this package they include the AMS EVO X CNC Ported Cylinder Head. Featuring the most advanced port design on the market, this head is fortified with +1mm oversized Ferrea valves and valvetrain components. The flow at low, mid and high lift have been optimized to achieve the most effective power curve, something overlooked by the competition who focus on peak numbers. For camshafts they use the AMS "TMP" Camshafts complimenting the ported heads with massive peak and low end power making great turbo spool up characteristics. The perfect combo for an unbeatable machine!
